To communicate and encourage communication directly between all staff members at all levels and at all times utilizing a completely transparent management system.
We have a dedicated Management Quality Representative who is personally responsible for implementing and maintaining the quality standards necessary to fulfil these principles, including the provision of training as detailed in our Quality Manual.
The relevance of these principles to Company objectives is reviewed regularly at our Management Review.
Safety & Standards
Saxon is an accredited ISO 9001 Quality Assured company. All personnel are trained and experienced in every aspect of design, manufacture, testing and installation, to ensure that the finished product meets or exceeds expectations.
A Declaration of Conformity is issued with every scissor lift platform supplied, stating that they have been designed and manufactured to comply with the EN 1570 lift standard or the requirements of the CE Machinery Directive.
When total compliance with a standard cannot be achieved, Saxon will undertake to work with an Independent Notified Body to provide a Certified lift installation.
